Southern-Style Meatloaf with Brown Gravy Recipe

For the Meatloaf:
2 lbs ground beef
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 small onion, finely diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp dried thyme
Salt and pepper to taste
For the Brown Gravy:
2 cups beef broth
2 tbsp flour
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
➡ Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a loaf pan.
2. In a large bowl, combine all meatloaf ingredients. Mix gently until combined.
3. Press mixture into the loaf pan. Bake for 60 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160°F.
4. While the meatloaf bakes, prepare gravy. Melt butter in a skillet, whisk in flour, and cook until browned. Slowly stir in beef broth and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer until thickened.
5. Serve meatloaf sliced with gravy poured on top.
