➡ Ingredients:

4 large russet potatoes, diced

1 large onion, chopped

1 green bell pepper, chopped

3 tbsp vegetable oil or bacon grease

1 tsp smoked paprika

1 tsp garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)


➡ Instructions:

1. Heat oil or bacon grease in a large skillet over medium heat.


2. Add diced potatoes and cook undisturbed for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.


3. Stir in onions, bell peppers, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.


4. Cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are crispy and cooked through.
