Hearty Farmhouse Stew Recipe

➡ Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs stew beef, cubed
4 large carrots, sliced
3 potatoes, diced
2 celery stalks, chopped
1 large onion, diced
4 garlic cloves, minced
4 cups beef broth
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp rosemary
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp olive oil
➡ Instructions:
1. Heat oil in a large pot or Dutch oven over medium-high heat.
2. Season the beef with salt and pepper, then sear until browned on all sides. Remove and set aside.
3. Add onions and garlic, cooking until softened.
4. Stir in tomato paste, cooking for 1-2 minutes.
5. Return beef to the pot and add broth, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, and rosemary. Bring to a simmer.
6. Add carrots, potatoes, and celery. Cover and cook on low for 1 1/2 to 2 hours until meat is tender.
7. Adjust seasoning and serve with crusty bread.
