Buttermilk Fried Chicken Recipe

➡ Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
2 cups buttermilk
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (optional for heat)
Vegetable oil for frying
➡ Instructions:
1. Soak chicken in buttermilk for at least 2 hours or overnight.
2. In a large bowl, mix flour, salt, pepper, paprika, and cayenne.
3. Heat oil in a deep skillet or fryer to 350°F.
4. Dredge each chicken piece in the flour mixture, pressing firmly for good coating.
5. Fry in batches for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.
6. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
