Backyard BBQ Ribs Recipe

➡ Ingredients:
2 racks of pork baby back ribs
2 tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup BBQ dry rub (your favorite blend)
1 cup BBQ sauce (store-bought or homemade)
➡ Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
2. Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs for tenderness.
3. Rub ribs with olive oil and season generously with dry rub.
4. Wrap ribs tightly in foil and place on a baking sheet.
5. Bake for 2 1/2 to 3 hours until tender.
6. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
7. Remove ribs from foil, brush with BBQ sauce, and grill for 10-15 minutes, turning and basting frequently.
8. Serve hot with extra sauce on the side.
